FormBuilder is an open-source boilerplate and codegen tool for Shadcn UI that accelerates form creation. It supports string, number, boolean, enum, and date fields, generating clean, reusable components you can drop into Next.js apps. The project is currently undergoing refactors to improve structure, tests, and overall maintainability.
